    Ok food, poor service

The service was horrendous! It took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver my food. There was a mix up of whether I payed by credit (which I was charged for) or was supposed to pay cash. Because of this delay it took over an hour and a half from the time I called until I ate. The food is all absurdly overtpriced for how meh it is. The mac and cheese was the poorest I've ever had, the fries were hard, the burger was a soggy mess that I could barely eat and the ribs were dry and bland. I would highly suggest ordering somewhere else, you will pay wayyyyy too much and be very disappointed with what you receive (and when!!!).

    Disappointment

I ordered this for delivery. Took nearly one hour to arrive. $30 for an order of waffle fries, shrimp basket and crab cakes was NOT worth it. The waffle fries came in a tiny bag and was hard. Shrimp basket was nearly all breading. Actual shrimp was probably only 1 inch long. Crab cakes was the most disappointing. For $10/ 2 crabcakes I expected real crab. Instead it was all breading and very little crab. Never ordering here ever again.

    Disappointing Overpriced Food

Tried BBQ Pit today. The only decent thing was the chicken sandwich, but it was nothing special for $11. The waffle fries, at $5, were mostly tiny hard pieces. The macaroni & cheese is some of the worst I've had in the city. I wish I'd saved my $25.

    The epitome of mediocrity

I ordered a turkey burger and my boyfriend ordered the wings and pulled chicken quesdallias. Although there was nothing offensive about the food, for the price they charge it was downright disappointing. The turkey burger was very clearly a generic, frozen, disc-shaped pattie that had been heated up and stuffed into a soggy bun. Although my boyfriend said the wing were not bad, he also said they were pretty dry and would not order them again. $10.95 for 10 dry, mediocre little wings? I wouldn't order them again either. There was nothing wrong with the quesadillas. In sum, the food is bland and incredibly overpriced. Save your money and order someplace else. Sidenote: I gave atmosphere and service ratings of 3 because we ordered delivery, so I just chose the average rating.

    Surprisingly Good

The food was good, the delivery service was quick, bbq sauce is great. The Sweet Potoato fries were a little soggy. The Strawberry, Banana, Orange Smoothie wasdeelicious. I would order again from this place!

    Delicious

I can't comment on the atmosphere since I ordered it in, but the whole spit fire chicken was yummy!
