Although the ambiance, restaurant is very good but the staff is exceptionally rude, it seams that the servers/order takers have specialized themselves in being impolite and sarcastic. The food was good but then I will not recommend this place in anyone as the standards of service is very poor

While the food is relative good, the service for delivery is extremely rude. I order twice from there and last time they simply hang up on me because they apparently were closed at 3pm! I called again as I thought that may be the line got interrupted, but I was wrong: they just hang up on me. Wow! Unbelievable.

Don't you love it when you just decide to try a place out of the blue and it turns out to be even better than you hoped for? A friend and I had tickets to a movie at the UA Theater on 64th street and were looking for a place to have dinner nearby. We were so glad we came here! The service was great- very friendly, attentive and quick. The atmosphere was delightful, very cozy- and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The wine, appetizers, curry seafood did not disappoint and the handmade ice cream and chai tea were such a treat. I love that this place was close to the movie theater, too. Definitely a gem and I will be sure to return in the future.

I have ordered food here many, many times (I order at least once a week) and I have to say it is consistently delicious. The staff is always friendly and ordering is easy. The same meal is never the exact same twice which I love. Highly recommended!

They're great. Service is so much better than other Indian spots and the food is too. Delivery is prompt and reliable.

My wife and I love Baluchi's food. Yes, yes, we know -- Baluchi's isn't authentic, blah blah blah, but we do. Well, this is BaWARchi, not BaLUchi's. I remember when Baluchi's was in the same location, but homeboys came in and created a similar-sounding name but changed around the recipes. Needless to say, stick with the real Baluchi's if you like Baluchi's. Even if not, I'd say you're rolling the dice if you're looking for a good value -- the serving sizes make it seem like they're skimping on meat & paneer these days. Oh well; stick with the buffet if you want to gorge yourself on non-Baluchi's food, I guess.
