Below average food. Below average service. But top notch prices! Gimme a break. For a hot dog? Not again.

paying a high price for a hot dog will give it flavor. best thing about their dog is the relish, they could of filled my bun with relish and mustard and i would of enjoyed it more than the hot dog.

the veggie dog was awesome. one of the best i've had. the toppings were great and the veggie dog itself was super tasty with a great texture. loved it, and really want to go back again.

The dog was not tasty. I ate my nyc dog without the dog. The bun and condiments was good. The french fries were oily and a bit soggy. It's too expensive. If it was yummy, I wouldn't mind paying for it.. sorry, didn't like it.
As you're probably aware, the price of gold has nearly doubled in the last year year due to inflation worries and a weakening dollar. It seems hot dogs are on the same path - maybe we're running out of them? I moved here from Soho, where chic fast food joints popped up everywhere and charged hand over fist for gourmet-like quick grub. BARK, around the corner from a check cashing place off Flatbush, charges exorbitantly for their food. In fact, I'm astonished that a hot dog with nothing on it is $4.63. Yes, the hot dog is addictive. The burger tasty, but smaller than a mcdonalds floppy disc, and 6 times the price. Sure, you can't even bring up McDonalds taste and this, yet a burger at Peter Luger is only a few bucks more. A Shake Shack burger - Danny Meyer's sudden New York institution - is $2 less than Bark's - and better tasting. And Bark's fries are a total miss. Limp, greasy, you need a fork to eat them. The point is, the rents here aren't SoHo rents, why charge so much? So, yes, try the place. Enjoy it. It's good. But kinda shameful.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for the first time last night, and the food was incredible! We had a Kraut dog, a Bark dog, chili cheese fries and onion rings. Yes, Bark is expensive compared to a dirty water hot dog. I am happy to pay for locally sourced food. If this is something that's not important to you then you may not be able to justify the cost. To each his own. However, Crif Dog prices are the same and they DON'T use local organic ingredients. You also feel like sh** after eating there. I loved Bark and we will be back and tell our friends. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed and the staff was super friendly. Thanks for opening up in my neighborhood!

I don't know what everyone below me is on about, this place is great! My wife an I went on a rainy autumn day and it was perfect. Sure its a bit pricy but rating the place on its food and atmosphere I loved it. We had a great hotdog and a fried pork sandwich , the fries were super crisp (the way we like em!) and we were served super fast right at lunchtime.
