I've eaten at the Bareburger on 5th St many times, and it was a spectacular meal. I've definitely heard good things about other locations, but this one seems to come up short on a regular basis. The ingredients are still good, but the kitchen staff seems to put as much effort into making your food as they do at the McDonald's down the street. Mea t is consistently overcooked, I've gotten burgers with gobs of mayonnaise that I had to scrape off, and the amount of sauce they give in a takeout container fills about a quarter of the container.

Returned after several months and the quality of the joint has decreased. Ordered a chicken breast burger which tasted reheated, with a soggy bun and soft toppings. Very expensive and still no sides come with the meal unless you count attitude. I agree with the previous poster, they used to be friendly but not any longer.

I have ordered from here a couple times. As with most places when they open - it started off great. But then it took a nosedive. I guess they got too comfy. At the start the guy who answered the phones was friendly, made recommends and the food came quickly. But now, it's like they're doing you a favor. That being said, their fries are great - but not enough to order from them anymore. I'm out. Peace.

Ate here with a friend last Friday and was very pleased. The burgers were big fresh and juicy and I loved the multi-grain bun option as well as the numerous dips that came with the fries. Can't wait to come back.

So I ordered an Avocado Burger, Chicken Tenders and Fries to go all for a mere $25. The burger was ok all though greasy. For the price I had high expectations but it was nothing more than average. The reviewer before me was correct - they are pretty consistent - my chicken tenders were way over cooked. I could barely eat them. They tasted refried - I despise restaurants that do that - cook food in advance and throw them back in the oil to heat it up. Of course thats speculation but thats what it tasted like. The fries were ok, large amount for the small size however they were over salted and did not taste fresh. If this place wants to stay in business at these prices they better teach their employees how to prepare food because while the quaity of the ingredients may be marginally higher than a fast food chain, the preparation ruins it.

Ordered a chicken original sandwich from them...got burnt chicken, a stale bun and rotten lettuce...and all for $12+without any sides...

I order from here at least once a week since they opened. Love the food. The original burger and chicken sandwiches are excellent. The sauces can't be beat. And everything is organic! My only complaint is that it's a bit too expensive for a burger with no sides.
