Great great food

The manager Micha called me 3 hours after my experience to apologize and offer a store credit. I really appreciated how proactive he was about reaching out to me. With that service, I'll give delivery another shot. The food is good, and I appreciate that the management was responsive.

It took an hour for them to deliver around the corner, mainly because they had the wrong cell phone number. I called back multiple times before the server and I realized this problem, and then I continued to have call back multiple times before the delivery man was located and sent to the right place. Plus, the food was cold and there didn't include enough condiments and napkins. (Two napkins for six hamburgers?) The food's good, but it's not that good.

Maybe it was the 4th of July and not enough people there to serve. But, it took more than 10 min, for the waitress to take an order, every single table was piled up with dirty dishes, it took another 10 minutes to bring my drink. She didn't Bring our silverware, and my burger was cold! She didn't bring check for a long time, and didn't bring change, until I asked her. Lots of people were waiting at the door but the waitress didn't seem to care.

It speaks volumes of this place that we keep going back despite the chronically inept waiters. Fortunately, there's one conspicuously competent person on the floor at all times. We keep coming back for the great food. Among our favorites are the Bison, curry ketchup, and the Six Point Righteous Rye. Be warned that the yummy fries may come hours before your burger.

The burger and onion rings are great.
