    Disappointing pickup experience

    Went with friends and had a great experience at UES location and tried to return for same quality during pickup, SO wrong, it was disappointing. Diet coke spilled all over the bag, chicken and bacon on sandwich were sooo undercooked, very disappointed!

    Not recommended

    The food is average, but what makes this place unbearable is how it treats its customers. We live 3 blocks away and we just ordered milk shakes for our children and they never showed up. When we called after an hour they said they would call us back, never did. After another half hour and no show (Children are now sleeping by the way!) When we called and complained they HUNG up on us and still no milkshakes. Finally got a manager, and he was rude! Get this- he had US call the delivery guy. This restaurant should be embarrassed. This is a chain?! How do they survive with this business model. I've lived in NYC all my life and NEVER in my life have I had such an experience.

    Poor Delivery Experience - amended

    The manager Micha called me 3 hours after my experience to apologize and offer a store credit. I really appreciated how proactive he was about reaching out to me. With that service, I'll give delivery another shot. The food is good, and I appreciate that the management was responsive.

    Poor Delivery Experience

    It took an hour for them to deliver around the corner, mainly because they had the wrong cell phone number. I called back multiple times before the server and I realized this problem, and then I continued to have call back multiple times before the delivery man was located and sent to the right place. Plus, the food was cold and there didn't include enough condiments and napkins. (Two napkins for six hamburgers?) The food's good, but it's not that good.

    Disappointing

    Maybe it was the 4th of July and not enough people there to serve. But, it took more than 10 min, for the waitress to take an order, every single table was piled up with dirty dishes, it took another 10 minutes to bring my drink. She didn't Bring our silverware, and my burger was cold! She didn't bring check for a long time, and didn't bring change, until I asked her. Lots of people were waiting at the door but the waitress didn't seem to care.
