I only eat organic so bear burger I eat a lot. Let me tell you guys about my experience at the 91st location. 1) Order milk shakes they forgot to make them. 2) my girlfriend kept calling one night they hung up on us like 6 times. 3) One day it was freezing cold out, and they have like a mini bar in there. I ordered food for pick up and the guy was pick up orders cant eat here. There was noone in the place! Oh and the last one. So I ordered a berger and the delivery guy i gave him a twenty and it was $14 and he gave me a $1 back. I asked him for my change and he left!

EDGEWATER location: Awesome Burgers, Onion Rings, Beet and Cheese Salad & Fries... Pleasant Staff Nice Location! Will have outdoor seating soon! =) GREAT DESSERTS TOO!

Went with friends and had a great experience at UES location and tried to return for same quality during pickup, SO wrong, it was disappointing. Diet coke spilled all over the bag, chicken and bacon on sandwich were sooo undercooked, very disappointed!

The food is average, but what makes this place unbearable is how it treats its customers. We live 3 blocks away and we just ordered milk shakes for our children and they never showed up. When we called after an hour they said they would call us back, never did. After another half hour and no show (Children are now sleeping by the way!) When we called and complained they HUNG up on us and still no milkshakes. Finally got a manager, and he was rude! Get this- he had US call the delivery guy. This restaurant should be embarrassed. This is a chain?! How do they survive with this business model. I've lived in NYC all my life and NEVER in my life have I had such an experience.

The manager Micha called me 3 hours after my experience to apologize and offer a store credit. I really appreciated how proactive he was about reaching out to me. With that service, I'll give delivery another shot. The food is good, and I appreciate that the management was responsive.

It took an hour for them to deliver around the corner, mainly because they had the wrong cell phone number. I called back multiple times before the server and I realized this problem, and then I continued to have call back multiple times before the delivery man was located and sent to the right place. Plus, the food was cold and there didn't include enough condiments and napkins. (Two napkins for six hamburgers?) The food's good, but it's not that good.
