We had made reservations for saturday evening on opentable.com for 4 people. Although their system was unable to recognize it , we were glad they sat us on time . Its a big restaurant, service was fast, food was good, appetizers were awesome. 3 of us were vegetarian and unfortunately they do not have much veg choices for entree, but desserts were good. Waiter was alright. He asked us to order everything at the beginning and was not very happy that we added one more dessert while eating desserts. The Place was getting crowded and looked like they were trying to kick us out. We got chk without asking for it. Place gets noisy + crowded, but perfect for groups. For a short period of time there was also a belly dancer going around tables.

I've never reviewed anything online before, but the service here was so poor that I need to let the world know (interestingly, the other recent reviewers had similar experiences). Our reservation was not on the system when we arrived. We had to wait for about 20 minutes before we were seated. The hostess, who happened to be quite nice and apologetic, admitted her mistake, and all was forgiven. But then the table service was just not good. One person had his order messed up, and by the time it was corrected, everyone else was nearly done with their meals. During the meal, I had to pull over another table's waitress to order a drink because our waiter had disappeared my drink didn't come until we got the check. Finally, and this is a first-time experience for me, the manager/owner came over to our table and asked us if we could leave because he "desperately needed the table." We were still drinking at the table, so the request was obnoxious. The food was alright, but not nearly good enough to make up for the service. Oh, also, the place is really loud and crowded. Plus, a scantily clad woman with dollar bills slipped into her bikini bottom walks around and dances. It comes off not so much authentic Greek but more loud strip club.

We waited an hour for our 9 Friday reservation, not only was the manager unsympathetic he was rude to us. His behavior was so offensive that I would never come close to entering this restuarant ever again. The food is half decent, more so the appertizers than the entrees. But any restaurant that would hire managers like this should not stay in business

From the manager, to the hostess, to the waitress, this was absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had. Too bad, because the food is pretty good, but reall overpriced. You get tapas sized portoins for entree prices. Also, why is there a DJ blasting Tom Jones and Neil Diamond?
Couldn't agree more with the review from 3/31. I went here last Friday with 4 people for a 9pm reservation. Got there at 8:50 and checked in there was no mention of any extended wait. Other couple got there at 9 and when we told them the entire party was there, I was told it would be a few minutes. As I heard them tell others with reservations it would be a while, I asked if we should grab a drink. The hostess said no, it will only be a few minutes. Well, about 30 seconds later she tapped me and said we could have one fo the high tables at the bar, otherwise it would be 20 minutes. At 9:35 I was told it would be just another minute. At 9:45 the tried to seat us at a table cramped between the bus stand and another table, too small for 4 people. When I asked for a different table given that they were already 45 min past our reservation the hostess said no problem. Then came the manager. Not knowing I was the person he was talking about, when he asked the hostess why the aforementioend table was empty, she said that the peple with a 9pm reservation asked for a better table. He said he didn't care, there is no requesting tables, if they don't like it, they can get leave. Well, the mortified hostess sat us at nice table and I got up to tell the manager what I thought about what I had heard him say. He basically told me off. Our waitress upon hearing me tell this to the other people I was with brought over a different manager who was very nice and gave us a complimentary hummus spread. But the fun didn't stop there. We ordered a bottle of wine from the second manager. 10 min later we asked the waitress about the wine and she didn't know we ordered anything. 10 min later another manager came over and said the bad news was they were out of the bottle we ordered but the good news was that he had something identical for the same price. As he opened the $50 screwtop bottle, he told us not to worry about the screwtop. While taking our order of skewers and incorrectly attempting to read it back to us, the nice but spacey waitress could not write down our order b/c she didn't have pen. Amazingly, even though we gave her a pen and she wrote down the order, it was still screwed up, as they brought my wife the lamb that she told the waitress ten times was supposed to be chicken. To make matters worse, the first manager came back over to point out to me that 4 very tiny women could in fact physcially fit at the table we didn't want.

I will never be going back here!! We had a reservation on a Saturday night for a party of 5 and got seated an hour after our reservation time. Once seated, we had a server for only a half hour before she disappeared for the rest of the night. We had to wait over an hour for our food, despite ordering as soon as we sat down, and even then it was wrong, including giving our vegetarian diner a lamb dish. The manager was rude and would not acknowledge that we had no server and no food. The food, once we got it, was nothing special. Fed up and ready to leave, we had to ask for our check 3 times. On a positive note - the bartenders were great. Not worth the effort. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place has well prepared food and a nice physical ambience. For some reason the management chooses to play an erratic selection of music that really ruins what would otherwise be a great night out. To make matters worse they have recently added a DJ on saturdays who plays music that is not only not suited for this type of establishment but he plays it so loud that conversation is impossible. This could be a great resturaunt if they would stick to what they do best and not try to be something the can never be.
