Could be a jewel in the UWS's crown.
The location's great. The customer base is large (Symphony Space). The menu includes just about nothing people ask for: nuts, olives, popcorn, good sliders, small, healthy plates, etc. The looks dirty and despairing unless the sun's set. Okay, they do music and serve drinks at low prices - not to be ignored. But it could be a jewel in the UWS's crown.
