Needs to get back to its roots

This place used to be a lot more French. The food is not as amazing as it used to be, and what's more, they don't even know how to make a proper kir, had to send it back twice before they understood it shouldn't contain Chambord. French restaurants should

    Very Mediocre

I passed by this place all summer and liked the look an feel from the outside. So I finally go for dinner and left very disappointed and annoyed that I spent good time and money at this place. We were placed in the worst spot in the house- next to the hea

Look. I've lived all over the manhattan and the boroughs. I tell you that Brooklyn is the only place where you expect a beard-hair and an attitude from some waitstaff hipster. I get that you are listening to too much Elliot Smith, that they ran out of

It is not bar or a pub

Bar Tabac has a bar but it is a restaurant. No one can dispute the place has great atmosphere. It gets very crowded because many people know that this place is affordable, has good food, live music during the week and the atmosphere is casual and fun. I
