    Yum!

Best eggs Benedict in town with yummy roast potatoes which I normally never eat! Boy (age 12) crepe with nutella too good and could in fact have been a little larger! We will be going again

    Save your money

My wife and I had brunch. We were looking forward to French bistro type food. What I most remember was the lackadaisical service and the speed with which the entrees came out of the kitchen. I would estimate that the stuffed French toast was on the table within 40 seconds of ordering. Obviously, it had been premade and nuked. I'll try a coffee shop next time instead. What a disappointment!

Lovely Bar meal at Bar Breton

Because I was alone, I sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed my beer and galette. I didn't find it expensive ($30 including 20% tip) for a very pleasant evening interlude. The bartender (Brent/Brett) was friendly but not intrusive and the food came promptly and the buckwheat galette of Black Forest Ham and Swiss cheese with egg, mushrooms and a dressed green salad was filling and absolutely delicious. I hope to return and try more choices on the menu. My only caveat is that the beer wasn't chilled enough for my taste, but that may be incidental, or intentional to suit other tastes. I am a beer philistine I suspect.

    Fun and Good

This is not a great French place. It is a good, solid and fun place that serves good drinks and is very friendly. Come on everyone, this is drinks and a bite. Pretty good too. Go have fun. Could prices be a bit lower? Sure. But they are not crazy high. They are NY high. Mussels were good as were the fries, salad, burger and all else. Noise level was huge so I took off an extra point on the atmosphere. Still a good time.

    Fantastic!

I have no idea what the French guy is talking about below because the food was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the service staff were so helpful and friendly. The Galettes and Crepes were hot, fresh and delicious. I loved the Croqettes with Chicken and Bacon, yum. This place will be around a long time because they know how to treat customers and besides, the interior design is cool. Worth checking out.

    Don't go there!

I am French and i guess all the people who wrote a positive review aren't. There is nothing French about it besides the name. The food was mediocre (not fresh galettes, warmed up). The waitress was unfriendly. The food is overpriced (because of the French name?!) . Really disappointed! I would not recommend it to anyone except if they like the Diner Restaurant kind of food....

    Almost terrific

A place that proves that good food isn't enough. The food at this simple all-day spot is remarkable: sophisticated and intensely flavorful. Midway through lunch I was already planning to go back for dinner. But then the room filled up and the noise level became shattering. That, plus slipshod service--but mainly the noise level--convinced me not to bother. Too bad. The crepes are lovely and a shrimp salad was as good as any I've had.
