Solitaire 2oz earl grey tea infused appleton's estate rum, 1 bar spoon orange marmalade 1/2 oz oregat almond syrup 1/2 oz creole shrubb orange liquor a dash of broth orange and lime juice shaken and served in a rocks glass with spritz of st elizabeth all spice dram   
Tatiana 2oz uluvka vodka 1/4oz domain de carton ginger liquor, 1/2 oz lemon juice, /2 oz sample syrup shaken with ginger and served up in a chilled cocktail glass with candied ginger

Spiced Hot Toddy 1/4 oz compass box orangerie, orange infused scotch whisky 1/4oz compass box spice tree scotch whisky, 1/2 maple syrup, 1/2oz lemon juice, hot water cloves and cinnamon

The Side Car equal parts pierre ferrand ambre grand champagne cognac, cointreau and fresh lemon juice, shaken and served up in a chilled martini glass with a flamed orange zest   
Pimms Cup 1 1/2oz pimm's no 1, 1/2 oz creole shrubb liquor and 1/2oz lemon juice topped with ginger beer, served over ice in a collins glass with fresh mint and english cucumber   
Dark & Stormy 2 oz goslings black seal rum floated in an inverted lime half a top goslings bermuda ginger beer and lime juice served over ice in a collins glass   
French 75 1 1/2 bombay sapphire gin, 1/2 oz sugar syrup, shaken and strained over ice in a collins glass and topped up with champagne   
Bellini champagne over 1oz peach nectar and a dash of peach bitters
