Delicious but what a mess this place is!
I've placed a dozen orders here and they've gotten none if them correct! They are never open during their operating hours -- always opening 30-45 min and closing hours early. The sandwich is yummy, but since they are so unreliable, we prefer to go around the corner to other Vietnamese sandwich shop which is slightly less tasty but at least you know you can get your food and the right food! Basically, it is not worth the hassle because they are unapologetic about being wrong and could care less if you remain a customer or not. Support other businesses that appreciate your business!

Great Sandwich!
Every sandwich on the menu is delicious. The Vietnamese coffee is great too. Baoguette's big glitch is, an inability to master delivery. The order system is via the Internet, the confirmation email is very slow to come back. They generally deliver at an hour plus.

Yum
This place has yummy sandwiches, and while they might compare with the best bahn mi, it is pretty good for the area. And I ordered on seamless at 11:30 and the food was at my office by 12 (and it was for 5 people)

So disappointed :(
i just moved from texas to the UES, and i've been dying to get some good banh mi since january. i finally found this place and tried it today. i'm SO disappointed! i got the bbq chicken...it hardly had any flavor, and i think they used the same utensils to make it as they did with something that had fish on it, because a few occasional bites had a strong fish flavor. i won't be going back, and hopefully i can find some good banh mi elsewhere.

Perfect lunch if you're in the area
I just started working down here, so happy that it's right near a vietnamese sandwich place. The sandwich was excellent--the baguette was toasted and crispy on the outside, the filling was excellent, will be going back a lot.

So Very Delicious!
The bbq chicken sandwich is so good and so affordable! The bread is very fresh; crunchy crust and chewy inside. The chicken is very tender. The other ingredients make this sandwich just incredible--a mixture of tang and a touch of sweetness. This is my new favorite lunch place, although I wish it had a bathroom.

Delivery is a joke
Love the food at this place. It was once my favorite spot to order from. But the last 4 (yes, 4) times i've ordered...the food hasn't come. Actually, sorry, one time it came 2.5 hours later, soggy and cold. What's worse is that you cannot get in touch with these people. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to the 'Contact Us' submissions on their website...it's a complete joke. I thought maybe i just hit a bad stretch with their delivery, but it's just how they're running things now. I'm done with it. Seriously, you will be disappointed if you order delivery from this place. Your food will not come, and you will have no way of knowing if there is anyone on the other end of their 'online orders for delivery'...it's ridiculous.
