    Didn't even get my food

I placed an order and waited an hour for the food to come. I called and was told the delivery man was on his way. I waited another half hour and the food still didn't come. I've ended up ordering from another restaurant. It's a shame because I think the chef is quite gifted but they won't deliver me his food.

The young woman at the counter was very friendly & pleasant. BUT that is where the enjoyment stopped. The food was extremely disappointing. The banh mi were dry & unappetizing. We had to ask for extra sauce to make it more palatable. We did not even get the correct food on what we ordered. We couldn't identify any chick. liver in the Kai Yang sandwich. The Nem Nuong Roll had a different style of pork than described. The soup was OK. The only dish we really liked was the Bun Thit Nuong noodles. You can get much better banh mi in the E. Village for less $$. We would never eat here again. I even tore up a discount coupon I had for the future.

    Very enjoyable

Went here on Saturday with a few friends and thoroughly enjoyed the food. If you're looking for service and ambience, this is not the place--it's essentially a take-out joint. (That being said, the people working there were very friendly and accommodating.) We had the thai-style chicken with sticky rice and papaya salad as recommended. All delicious. The steamed veggies and meat balls with vermicelli noodles were pretty good too. Will definitely be going back for more of that chicken!

Ordered from this place several times but the delivery service has always been shoddy. it shouldn't take an hour and a half on a tuesday night to deliver across the EV, especially when a call placed at the hour mark is met with the "he already left" lie by the person answering the phone.

    Great great deal

The rotisserie is amazing! Especially with the rice noodles. This restaurant is highly recommended
