    Hidden treasure

A few of my co-workers decided to go to Bann because it is convenient to our office. We weren't expecting anything great, particularly because it was fairly empty at lunch time. When we walked in, we were impressed with the atmosphere. Very modern and clean. We were also quite surprised at how amazing the food was. The service was also really attentive. We shared a series of appetizers that were all really delicious. We also did the barbeque, sharing fish, meat and vegetables. We were all really impressed. This place is hidden in the courtyard of world wide plaza so it is easy to miss. We all really enjoyed our meal. No one was disappointed. I highly recommend it.

    Woo Lae Oak's new restaurant

Woo Lae Oak has been my favorite restaurant for years and the managers there told me about their new location in Midtown. I was reluctant to leave the downtown scene but I finally went to Bann and let me just say it was great. The decor is elegant and chic and the menu, with some of my favorites from the SoHo location, is more refined and adventurous. They really know what they're doing at this new restaurant. Service was great and I think I will be venturing back to Midtown to eat here more often. All in all, I think it's better than Woo Lae Oak.

    The Korean Restaurant Thus Far!

I picked this restaurant out for my Gilrfriends 30th B-Day. It was the five of us. I can't even begin to tell you what a great time we had. Let's start off with the service. It was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We had appetizers from the Lobster Rolls to the Chicken Drummettes. Everything was out of this world. Our waiter recommended the Sole. It it was an excellent choice. The others in the party had the Short Ribs and The Lobster. Not a complaint in the house. Wine list was to die for. Now let's talk about the atmosphere. Great place for a romantic outing or just to go out with the girls or the guys. Ambiance was wonderful. To top it all off, they allowed me to come with my on Birthday Cake I baked for my girlfriend served it and sang Happy Birthday. I am definitely making this my new Hot Spot. The also have built-in grills in the table, which I will be trying next time. It is used with all the barbeque dishes. I highly recommend you try this restaurant, you won't reget it!
