Love it
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. I haven't tried most of the items on the menu. But I love the pad kee mao (w tofu) and golden tofu appetizer with the crunchy peanut dipping sauce. Its what I always get. Delivery is always fast. The ambiance of the restaurant is great. Wonderful for a date. The food is always presented beautifully. No complaints here.

Good enough
This place won't change for life. And I wouldn't get too adventurous with the offerings. But I like to order delivery from this place after work when I'm too tired to cook for my toddler and preschooler. They both love the pork fried rice and the pad thai with chicken. They even eat the tom kha gai (my son loves mushrooms). Yes, these are boring dishes, but they taste fine. As do the curry puffs. The only awful dish we ordered was the chive pancakes -- they were grease-soaked, bland and didn't travel well. And the portions in are small in general. Especially the lunch specials. My two year old ate an entire lunch special on his own. It's just not enough for an adult -- and definitely not enough for the price. That being said, I'll continue to order basic thai dishes from this place. My kids like it, so that's good enough for me.

My Fault
Its my fault I keep ordering from here-but they're the only Thai restaurant in the area to deliver to my apt. I ordered beef basil and the beef was nothing but 'fatty'. It felt more like spam than anything else. I asked for it EXTRA spicy, and my boyfriend who does NOT eat spicy was able to eat it...but wouldn't because the meat quality was so subpar. It ended up in the trash and I HATE to throw away food. The Thai Ice tea was a rip off and was filled with ice and had about two centimeters remaining with out beverage. (Remember- in a delivery cup). If youre going to fill it up with ice, can you please fill up the cup?! I need to stop ordering from here. Or better yet, they need to get better.

Wow this place is bad
Washington Heights can do without Thai food if this is the alternative. Seriously, the combination of small portions, higher than average prices, rude service and not particularly good food give me no reason to ever return. Most of all, the service is absolutely the pooresr, most impersonal and nasty I have experienced in a long time.

Only the ambience is good
Dined there once and later ordered for delivery. The ambience and a Thai cuisine restaurant are a great addition for Washington Heights. However I believe the value and food are both mediocre at best. Portions were small for and my green curry did not have Thai eggplant!! It did have eggplant but NOT the Thai kind. NOT ACCEPTABLE! And I strongly have my suspicions as to whether the basil they are using is Thai Holy basil! The curry itself was good, but certainly not great. Just enough to save the whole dish from being some random mixture of Thai-like flavors! I ordered for delivery from them only because it was late night and I wanted something Asian but NON-Chinese. I should've just planned better and gone to my usual Thai joints in Elmhurst, Queens, which give great portion sizes and deliver authentic Thai flavors (including using the proper Thai style ingredients

Not recommended
Just not very good or worth it. Even the lunch special is overpriced for what it is.
