Bangal Curry

This is the best Indian I've had in the city so far. The price can't be beat and the server was very friendly and helpful. He took a dollar off an already cheap meal. I got the salmon masala with two vegetables and naan, two sodas, and two appetizers (including just made potato and cheese naan) for under ten bucks. Try to find better quality with these prices. Not possible.

Forget about Indian Row, this place has the best Indian food in the city not to mention it's cheap! The food is amazing and the service is great. The people who run it are really nice and give you big servings. It's a little out of the way of most places but it's worth the trip!

Unbeatable value- at $4.50 for a plate of meat curry and 2 vegetables, this place can't be beat for cheap good indian. The spinach was tasty, and the meat curry was well-flavored and light. This will be a regular stop for me

I recently relocated to lower Manhattan but am on a tight budget. The menu seemed interesting and I am a great lover of Indian cuisine. The food is fresh, hot attractively presented and a great value. There is little table space so take out may be advised during busy hours. All prices include tax. I sampled the combo special with goat curry and the meat was tender and nicely spiced. It was not extremely spicy but not too mild either. 2 vegetables and rice are included in the $4.50 price. I plan to make this restaurant a regular stop for lunch as I explore this amazing area of culinary delights. A must for lovers of Indian cuisine especially for those not on an expense account.

This is great cheap Indian. Flavorful and generous portions. Not to mention practically free.

This place is yummy. Can't find any cheap indian places around here. Good combos.
