    Never a Bad Meal

I have been going to Bamonte's for about 40 years. I was dragged by friend as a teenager and have continued going ever since. It is excellent old school Iitalian, warm and friendly. But the best thing I can say about it, is that you NEVER walk out and say "It wasn't that good tonight"

    Old school charm

I have been going to the brooklyn giglio feast for over 20 years, but i always make a stop at Bamontes for dinner.I feel like im at home for a Sunday dinner. My favorite dish is the linguine with crab sauce.I have also enjoyed the ambiance of this old school restaurant.I drive up from bridgeport ,connecticut every year and ive always had a great meal and a great experience at Bamontes

    Worth the trip

My girlfriend and I drive out every Saturday night from Jersey. The veal parm, ziti, espresso, and all of the desserts are fantastic. It's best to get a few drinks at the bar before being seated. For those of you who didn't grow up in this area, the bar is a great place to listen to the locals. Everyone makes you feel like you're right at home. This place keeps my sanity since I moved out to the boring suburbs from Bensonhurst.

    Worth the trip

This is our "birthday" restaurant. It's worth the trek from LI to Brooklyn.

    My favorite Italian

I've been coming to Bamonte's for years and nothing has changed. What a great restaurant! You must try the Eggplant Rollatini, one of the best I've had. The Chicken Marsala is one of my faves. We keep coming back for more!
