    Overpriced and poor service

I've had dinner here tonight with friend, the service was rude and spotty. Ordering my second drink and food never came, we just ask for bill and went to another on nine (after the first) was a painful and boring. not come back again

Nice ambiance, good sushi, Happy hours

We decided to try this place as it was on restaurant.com and looked like a good place. We went for dinner on Saturday evening. I have to say it is nice place, good ambiance and great food. It was just me and my husband, but this is good place for groups as well. They also have garden area in the back. We got a small private booth area. They have happy hours even on Saturdays before 9.00pm which saves you some money. Food was good. brown rice sushi was really good ( we have had real dried brown rice sushi in some restaurants, where as here it was well cooked) Overall, service was good as well.

    Amazing Service

I came here with my friend the other night, and aside from the delicious mojitos and sushi, the service was amazing. You could catch some of the bartenders dancing along to the music, which was hysterical, and right when u finished a drink they were their to ask if u wanted another one. Plus they struck up great conversation, and were so friendly. I loved this place, cant wait to go back.

    great sushi!

i love this place!! the sushi is a bit pricey ill admit, but its definitely worth it. the lovely roll (chilean sea bass tempura roll) is absolutely amazing. not crazy about the shrimp tempura roll since it has lettuce in it, and makes it taste a bit strange. the service has always been friendly whenever i have gone and you cant beat 1/2 price drinks till 9 every day.

    A little pricey

The hijiki salad was great! The service and the hijiki salad were the only redeeming qualities of this bar/resto. The sushi was okay, I guess. A little too pricey for something that was just okay. I mean, it was decent and I'll definitely eat it but to spend $12.50 for a shrimp tempura roll that was cold and uninspiring, to say the least, is not something I would do again. The atmosphere was okay, more of a bar than a restaurant. This place was swarming with gays... I love them so I didn't mind at all! Sat next to some and they were shaking to the music while having dinner which made me smile. Overall, a pleasant experience but just a little too pricey on the special rolls. My suggestion is to just order the classic rolls instead...more bang for the buck!

    mediocre

happy hour drinks were mediocre - even for half price. the sushi was over priced and the place was half empty. their vegetable roll was $8 and only consisted of 6 pieces. the quality wasn't terrible, but it definitely was not good value.

    The Wait That Never Ended

We had reservations and were seated right away. We put in our drink orders and the first round came quickly. We had ordered food and that an hour later and in peice meal. We were a group of 7 and 3 did not get their meal. After another long period, 2 of my friends got a portion of their meal leaving 1 without hers. We got another round of drinks after hunting down the waiter. It took 3 hours to get two rounds of drinks and some of the food we ordered. The food is very good, all the sushi was delicious, but dont order the chicken tempora because it is simply a chicken cutlet cut in peices. They were short staffed so they had one waiter for the back room and outside. The two ridiculously dressed hostesses kept staring at our table wondering when we were going to leave. All in all, I would not return to this establishment.
