bite sized heaven

Not a Good Cupcake
They were given as a gift and the texture was very chewy and stale. It was not fresh and pleasant to eat; it was hard, musty, and dry.

not a good value
wow. me and my friends were completely swept away by the idea of mini cupcakes. but perhaps we were "baked" when we walked in because these were a total waste of money. yes, cute idea. but with the diameter of a quarter, these tiny bites are gone before you even realize they were in your mouth. if you want to enjoy a dessert go to crumbs, magnolia, or any other normal bakery for that matter because $3 for 3 derps is simply a mistake.

Best Cupcakes in NYC
I'm so happy I found this gem while walking in Soho today. At first, I wasn't thrilled about the idea of waiting in line for cupcakes, and almost walked right by, but I decided to suck it up and wait it out. I found myself getting more and more excited as I got closer to front of the line. When my turn finally came, and I popped that first cookie dough into my mouth, let me tell you, I was soooooo glad I waited it out. I've had Magnolia, Crumbs, Buttercup, and almost every other cupcake in the city, and this place is hands down the best. I'm telling you, you pop one of these things, and you'll want to eat 10 more instantly. My future sister-in-law's bridal shower is coming up in 2 weeks, and I will 100% be bringing some Baked by Melissa cupcakes with me...
