Good soup, subpar burritos, poor service.
I've had the soup a few times - very filling for the price and tasty. I had both the chicken Baja and Diablo burritos and didn't care for either. I think they are re-heating cooked meat. Ok atmosphere, but the tables and floor aren't always cleanly. The service is consistently poor- every time I go to the pickup window for online orders, I'm ignored. This past visit was so ridiculous, I won't be returning. The staff refused to make eye contact even though I was waving my hands and saying excuse me. One girl even walked right past me and picked up the phone to pretend to be busy. Lame.

Wrong order
They just didn't read the order. I'm missing my guacamole and they gave me a burrito in a wrap rather than in the bowl like I requested. Not a great choice for delivery.

"Wow" fast mex
This place knows and shows what "healthy" fast food means. Food is freshly prepared from quality ingredients using appropriate seasonings and no short cuts (i.e. excess fats or salt for mouth appeal). Over time, I have had several dishes with grilled shrimp and grilled mahi - all were great. Not as cheap as some other joints in the area but well worth the extra few dollars.

Two Thumbs Up!
I 'd heard of Baja Fresh in passing but thought it was just another fast food joint and really had no interest in trying it. But when a great discount deal came up through Groupon for this place, I thought, what do I have to lose? I was in the neighborhood yesterday and decided that I would stop in on my way home. Boy, am I glad I did! The 2 burritos I bought were both delicious. I love that you can pick which filling you want and have it made into any burrito on the menu. And the salsa bar is great! Never would I have thought that this "fast food" place would be as good as it is. I really hope there will be more locations coming in the city and that at least one of them will be closer to my apartment! I hope the Groupon deal comes back soon but even without that, I will return.

Finally
I used to love this place out near my parents. So glad they opened one near my office! The baja chicken tacos are awesome and their burritos are great too. Also, what sets this place a part from chipotle and other is their salsa bar which boasts 5 or 6 different sauces!

great food
Love that they use only white meat chicken; the portions are more than ample. The service is fast and friendly.
