Bagelsmith

Staff can't take orders correctly. I REFUSE to pay through the nose for this. One redeeming factor: the staff is polite. Oh, and by the way, there ARE better bagel stores in the neighborhood.

If i didn't care about my expanding waistline, I would eat a sesame bagel with jalapeno cheddar cream cheese from bagelsmith every day. super fast service, always friendly. no complaints.

Best thing this place has going for it is it has no credit card minimum so get anything without a worry. Get a Pepsi and charge it! Sandwiches pilled high, bagels drenched in butter. OPEN 24 HOURS!

Bagelsmith is tasty and I love it. However don't even try to get delivery. There is rarely a delivery person there. One time when they were miraculously doing delivery, I waited over an hour and a half for my food. Very, very irritating.

So I walk in there and order a bacon egg and cheese on a roll to go. I get home, open my bag and I see a corn muffin. Now I understand mistakes do happen so I was not mad. I actually get them to deliver my sandwich which I thought was very nice of them to do but then I open the sandwich and before me is the most miserable sandwich I had ever seen (A strip of bacon?). That must have been payback for getting them to replace and deliver the sandwich. I have had the same sandwich there many times and trust me I have had way better than what they delivered. I am very dissappointed with the service I got today. I will still frequent the establishment but you deserve this bad review for the crappy sandwich I got today.

I love the bagels here! The mini bagels with egg and cheese are delicious! Eat bagels from bagelsmith!

I order a bagel with Cream Cheese to go and when I open it up, it appears as if my bagel was shot and the cream cheese is everywhere except in my bagel..... next time I won't get it toasted.
