Soul mates?
Let me just state this: I have, on multiple occasions, told individuals that bagels are my one true love. They are always there for you, they are comforting and warm, and make you happy. I love bagels so much that I can be a bagel snob on occasion. That said, the bagels at Bagels on the Square are PERFECT. I live in Harlem and come down to the village to grab these delectable morsels. I have yet to find a better bagel in this city.

Extremely Rude Clerk
For three years, since I my dog was a puppy, I would buy my coffee ar Bagels on The Square between 5:30 and 6:00am. I would order at the window on the sidewalk because you are not allowed to bring dog's inside. Sometimes there is a line of people with their dogs at the window. This morning, 11/14/12, I was refused service at the window, so I brought my dog inside with me, then the clerk behind the counter told me to leave my dog outside, that dog's were not allowed in. I reminded him that is why I went to the window. He then said he does 'not want to serve me through the window.' To that I said well I do not want to tie my dog outside, especially considering all the dog thefts in recent years. At this point he very rudely and un-professionally mocked me. Sorry Bagels on the Square, you lost my business for good.

Delicious!
This place has the best bagels! The spreads are to die for. I'm particularly fond of the cream cheese with cheddar and bacon. MMMM! The service is great, the prices are good. I make the trip all the way from Brooklyn about once a month to get my fix.

GREAT BAGEL PLACE
This place is great. Good food, fast delivery, very nice service. Love it. We are lucky to have in the neighborhood.

Amazing 24 hours!!
Always friendly, fast and tasty. Bagels and sandwiches are great. Large selection of spreads -love all the tofutti choices too... Delivery is fast and once they made a mistake with the choice of cheese -we order at least once or twice a week, between my roommate and I- they brought me an entire new sandwich within 10 minutes of my call with no questions asked. Coffee is fresh and great in daytime too ;)
