For those of you who are annoyed with the service (and I agree that it's not great), you need to remember that this a kosher place--that means that they can be rude without consequence because they know that at least those of us who keep kosher have no other choices of bagels or pizza in this neighborhood and will therefore keep coming back. Aside from the fact that the food is great, they do a great service for our neighborhood in providing kosher bagels and pizza, and if you don't keep kosher and the service really bothers you, than go to the million and one other bagel shops around. But please don't ruin it for those of us who don't have that option.

The service here is nothing to rave about, but I've never had a bad experience. When I've ordered they've always been prompt - not to mention the bagels are some of the best in the city. A staple neighborhood bagel shop.

While the bagels are good, the service here is horrendous. It took 30 minutes for the man behind the counter to get my order straight and it was only for a dozen bagels. Would not go back here again!

The food is really good but the people who work there are horrible. I called to place an order and the guy screamed at me for asking how long it would take for delivery and then he slammed the phone down. I called back and the same person answered and again was very rude. The bagels are great but the people who work there are just incredibly rude. Don't think I am going to order from here again.

i called to place an order on the phone and am still shocked at how rude the man on the phone was. i asked him if he could put the sesame bagels and poppy bagels in seperate bags and he started yelling at me saying why did he have to do this and then slammed down the phone. i called back and asked for the manager and he yelled again and said he was the manager and hung up again! i have never experienced something like this from a restaurant/delivery place.

I love this place's bagels and their choices of spreads. The only problem is that everytime I go in there and order something they get my order wrong and then get annoyed at me because I'm telling them they got my order wrong and telling them over and over what my order is. Nobody listens to you and gets pissed when you order anything that has more than one syllable. I only go here because their bagels are awesome but the attitude has got to go. That's another thing, you are a bagel place that doesn't toast bagels?! And they don't take cash either. If it weren't for the bagels, the annoyance of going here is would probably put them out of business.

Used to go there a lot, bagels were always pretty fresh. More expensive than other neighborhood places, but better quality. A good crew working there.
