Splurged on a $9.50 sandwich of lox & bagel. The guy didn't put cream cheese and argued with me about it. That's disgusting. Plus, there were about 3 small slices of lox. For $9.50 I would expect a large serving of lox! Won't be ordering again.

not only are the bagels and toppings the best but the service and the goal to please are incredible! love the store!

I live in Seattle. When in New York, I always make it a point to visit Bagels & Co. Their egg salad on a toasted sesame seed bagel is extremely delicious. Try their fresh-out-of-the-oven apple/cranberry muffins, as well. And the service is genuinely friendly as well. A true gem of a bagel shop.

Among the best bagels in NYC. All of the food here is excellent, well-prepared and served courteously. I absolutely love their whitefish salad! When they have latkes, treat yourself! They're just like mom's.

I had been freezing for 2 hours in Central Park and saw the giant blue sign saying "Bagels". I love nothing more than a plain bagel with cream cheese, so I had to go in and try. They are absolutely the most amazing bagels I have ever eaten, and the price isn't too bad either. I loved the atmosphere, I'm going to have to go back and try their bialys and other various food items. If you happen to be walking along Amsterdam and see the blue sign, you must go in!
