Amazing
the food served is delicious,the iced coffee is great in this hot weather.Ive seen people go in to order and are really rude how do they expect to not be treated the same way.Give respect to get it back,other then that the place is great!!

Not recommended
Slow, rude, inattentive staff usually get my order wrong. Wait time is ridiculous, even when no one else is in the place. They've actually forgotten my order completely before, and again, it was when there were only two other customers besides myself. Skip this place.

The poorest service in brooklyn
Over and over they get my order wrong. They hang up on me when I try to get something delivered. You wait forever. I hate this place!

This is what NY Bagels are all about!
If you think you know where to buy the best bagels in NY and it's not Bagels By The Park...you have no idea what you're missing. I brought bagels in for about 12 people in my office one day and now I am responsible for bringing them in at least once a week. I even have friends who send a messenger to my office in SoHo just to pick up a bagel that I brought in from Carroll Gardens. This place is awesome...homemade, fresh, steaming bagels...accompanied by homemade, fresh whipped cream cheese...you just can't beat that. NY authenticity at it's best!
