Great Bagels
Very good bagels. The people who answer the phone are generally rude. Often they mess up the orders but good food.

Great Bagel Sandwiches
Fresh, tasty bagels. Friendly people. It may be a little pricier than some, but the bagels are worth it.

this place is a joke....don't bother
This place should not have the word bagel in it's name. I came here at 7:30 in the morning before work figuring this place would have descent bagels since it has the word in it's name. I paid $4 for a bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel tasted like it was made the day before, and it was small. You can pay half at any other deli in midtown, and taste just as good, if not better. This place really needs to change it's name because their bagels are not something to be proud of.

Good Bagels-Bad Service
I think their bagels are delicious, but wish I could say something nice about the service. Rude, unfriendly and generally annoyed to be there. The food is overpriced for what it is, but I think the bagels are terrific.

standard fare, slowly and expensively
Kind of like a deli, but slower and more expensive. This is the closest food place from my front door, so I stop in every month or so, and always regret it. Can we please put this place out of business and get something else on my block? Anything?
