Poor phone service
Agree with the last reviewer, the guy who takes orders is rude. Literally the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Everyone else there is friendly and great, but the guy who always takes the phone orders literally yells at you.

Unreal
See... Heres the problem. The bagels are great. Seriously. My favorite in the city. But there is one guy who works here who is quite possibly the rudest human being working in the service business EVER - and he's the one who takes the phone orders. Such a bummer. It's like I'm bothering him - trying to put money in his pocket.

Overpriced food and rude service
I don't usually write reviews but this place definitely deserves a terrible review. The people here are rude and don't care if they mess up your order. I would not go here, but if you do, be very careful about what you order and how much they charge you. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, a western omelette special which is supposed to be $4.95 and a bagel with eggs, cheese and tomatoes. The total ended up being close to $20, which seems like a lot to me. In addition, I had to go back to the place because they messed up my order. When I did, they didn't even acknowledge the fact that they messed up my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said he wasn't there and refused to give me his name. They just decided that they were going to ignore me and the fact that they messed up my order. Honestly, the food here is decent, but it's not worth the price and trouble.

Inconsistent pricing and lie about breakfeast special
DO NOT PLAN on going to Bagel express II for there breakfast specials. There pricing is inconsistent, because the man in the front does not abide by any pricing, he just rings away. It says up to 11AM that you get 2 eggs any style for 2$ and a cup of coffe for free. Completely a lie. If you want a wrap its a dollar extra, an onion is 50 cents and the next day it will be .25 cents. I personally hate when people don't know there specials. Not to mention that there wraps are 3 inches and 2 wraps with a small 10 ounce coffee will cost you 14.25 cents. Go order the breakfast special and you will see. There are 10 great bagel places in the area, no need for there antics.

Good Bagels...
They deliver quickly, and the bagels are always very good and fresh. Their chicken salad is great, homefries are also great, and it is my favorite breakfast place to order from.
