Have been coming to Bob's for a long time for their great bagels however today was the last time. The guy behind the counter was completely rude, not sure if 5 sandwiches were out of his realm of comprehension but 20 minutes later when he still standing there asking me 5? Really 5? There's a bagel shop down the road that will now be getting our business.

I've been going to Bagel Bob's for years and their bagels can be delicious, but I've noticed a slow slide in quality over the last year or so. Bagels have been overcooked, and sometimes no fresh. Even on a busy and early Saturday morning I've gotten what seemed like a day old bagel. If you hit it right or get a bagel out of the oven it is truly awesome. But that seems to be the case less and less.

It was amazing. Like, seriously the best I’ve ever had. They bake the bagels right there throughout the day, and you can see it! and you could smell it! I really liked the way they prepared it like a sandwich and wrapped it in foil. There was nowhere to sit and eat them and the line was really long behind us, so we ate them on the sidewalk outside.

Bagel Bobs bagels are my favorite in town. Really satisfying eating experience. Basic bagels. Coffee and decaf are great too. Service is up and down and has been rude in the past as some reviews note. but lately there has been an improvement, even if somewhat impersonal. Bagels are made on location, and you can see it happening behind the counter. Its usually always fast, and unlike one other local bagel place, they DO toast their usually fresh bagels. Good muffins too.

Simply New York's best. hands down. I've tried a lot of NYC bagels in my lifetime, but Bob's is #1 in my book. Big fan of the whole wheat everything bagels and the mini bagels!!

Not really much more you can ask for from a small, quick bagel shop. The bagels are great, love their spread variety, the coffee - iced and hot- is good. Bagel with cream cheese and medium coffee- $3.50 in less than 3 minutes, every morning for the past year. People complaining about the rude staff are too precious... it's new york, it's a busy spot, get the heck over it and be ready to order when everyone in front of you has placed their order. just makes sense.
