Ordering is impossible, but great bagels
I don't reccomend delivery, but the food is good. I spent about 5 minutes trying to communicate that my apartment was 2 "D." As in Dog, David, 4th letter of the alphabet, and the guy still didnt get it. He didn't write down the order at all so after it was all done, I had to painfully go through it again. When the order did arrive, it was wrong.

Great
Good food, good service. I can't believe the person in the other review complained about waiting 40 minutes for delivery. Isn't that what you expect when you get delivery? I think an hour should be the cut off time for the phone call. What did this person wait, 20 minutes?

Great Food...Not so Great Staff
Great Bagels...I have to give them that, always very fresh. Staff not very attentive during the ordering process. My order has been incorrect several times. Also, often very slow.

Love the Bagels....hate the delivery
Great food but take my advice and go in person. Waited over 40 minutes for bagels and coffee and when called to check on the order was told, "fine go ahead and cancel, we are very very busy." If you are so busy you can afford to hire some additional help to provide better service! Love the food though and in person everyone is very friendly.

best tuna melt
The tuna melt on an everything bagel is amazing. I love this place, and I'm a very picky eater.

Bagels galore
The whole wheat everything bagels are to die for. I also like the chocolate crumb cake. What I really like is that it is fast, quick and efficient service.

Whole Wheat everything bagels terrific
Bagels are baked fresh daily! No Cholesterol! Whole Wheat bagels available in plain whole wheat and in everything whole wheat. Tastiest everything bagel, esp for being whole wheat!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Makes Bagel Mill seem disgusting. :)
