Truly Homemade
I have never been to a bagel shop with fresher food. I found out the soups are made by the owner fresh by hand. The bagels & cream cheeses are outstanding and I have also seen their catering in the neighborhood which is top notch. They really make an effort to rise above the "ordinary" and I recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or even dinner.

Best Bagels and Pastries in NYC
Simply the best bagels in NYC, and only at .90 cents. My personal favorite is the everything bagel with the white fish salad, the best i've ever tasted. Service is friendly and prompt. They offer high quality pastries and cookies that are hard to resist.

UWS Best-Kept Secret
Not sure what the other reviews are talking about - I come here every day for lunch because of the friendly, quick service and the fresh, hot, gooey pizza. Other must-tries are the egg-white and spinach salad on a bagel and the egg and cheese croissants.

Not recommended
Food is average. But location is poorly managed (10+ minute wait isn't out of the ordinary) and customer service for errors during a delivery simply does not exist. A nice place if willing to put up with needless headaches, impolite management, and poor delivery service. Otherwise, best to avoid.

not bad, but expensive
bagels and service is pretty good, but store is mostly for take out because there is very limited seating inside. Prices are pretty high, but overall not a bad place to go.
