Nothin Bad Here
Great spot. Pizza with a gourmet flair but zero pretense. Tasty thin crust, fresh toppings with a bunch of creative choices. Bonus is a spacious room with fine tunes playing. Good vibe and great meal overall. The only bad in bad horse is in the name.

Perfect for My Pizza Craving
I was craving some really good - not doughy pizza and I decided to order up from Bad Horse Pizza. I had walked by it a few times and it looked cool. Perfect decision. I ordered up a large pie with bacon, spinach and garlic. Delivery was fast. Couldn't open the box soon enough and was psyched to eat a totally delicious thin-crust, meltingly wonderful pizza. Yum!

over priced
Been twice now. It's a few blocks from home. Two words... OVER PRICED. $26 for a "large" pizza which is really more of a medium. I sure like supporting locally owned businesses which is why I went back a second time and may even go back a third. But you can get FIVE pies from Pizza Hut for that price! It would be one thing if they were amazing - but they're just OK. Kind of like Jack's frozen pizza in flavor and crust texture. And the service is friendly BUT the price! It's more expensive than Mario Batali's pizza! And we're not in the village. It seems that they do decent business so I imagine any complaints about price will fall on deaf ears - but this place really isn't worth the final bill. Maybe when a little more competition moves in they'll adjust. They should really note however, that I for one would eat here regularly if they didn't charge such an outrageous price for such mediocre food.

too bad
I was unimpressed all around. Overpriced pizza, slow service and bad attitude.

will happily return
Went to Bad Horse for the first time tonight, and loved the thin crust pizza. Wish there were more exciting topping options, although the fresh mushroom, roasted garlic, and hot italian sausage combo was delicious. Also had a very refreshing watermelon with feta salad special. Will definitely be going back. It's too bad they do not deliver further north than 132 st.

Awesome pizza in Harlem, and they deliver!
I logged onto menupages to see who would deliver in Harlem, as it was too hot to go anywhere or to cook, and I came across Bad Horse Pizza. I knew they had recently opened, but I did not know they delivered. So I called, and sure enough they deliver to where I live. The man taking the orders is funny, helpful and pleasant to speak with. I ordered the bacon and pepperoni pizza and spinach salad. It got here about 50 minutes after I ordered, the pizza was hot, crispy and awesome. The salad was fresh and had crispy large bacon pieces, unlike so many that put a few tiny crumbles of bacon. We will definitely be going to the restaurant to eat, and we will be keeping them on speed dial. They have the best pizza in Harlem, and possibly in the city.
