    Rip-off margaritas

Had lunch here last Sunday and was shocked when we got the bill. We ordered soup, a side of green beans and the chicken quesadillas and had 2 margaritas each, and the bill came to $66! We thought it was a mistake until we realized the tiny margaritas were $8.50 each! They are the smallest margaritas I have ever been served and they certainly aren't using top shelf tequila.....what a total rip-off! We won't be back.

If service can have a -10 that's what I would give!

While the food is excellent, the delivery service is HORRANDOUS! Between the tip questioning (which btw I am a great tiper), I WILL NEVER order food from this place ever again. The food is good, but not that great anyways and they are to expensive!!!

Good food and service at a reasonable price

I have been here twice and was satisfied both times. I had the Chimichangas and a Venice Burrito w/ Chicken. My brother had the BBQ Duck Burrito.

Great hole in the wall Mexican joint!

If your looking for a great low keyed atmosphere with really good food at decent prices, this is the place. The BBQ duck Burrito is excellent and the margaritas are just as good. If you are a food snob and looking for high end service, this isn't the place, and I am glad!

    Really Good

Restaurant is tiny, but the food is incredible. Prepare to wait for a table. Great tequila bar. I order the shrimp burritos weekly. A must try if you are in Murray Hill and want Mexican.

    Not recommended

It was super crowded so we thought we were in for some good food. Well, we weren't. As someone else mentioned, the best thing about the entire meal was the salsa and chips. Had the fish tacos to split as an appetizer and the fish was definitely frozen, bland, and the slaw on top was messy and tasteless. Within 2 minutes of the appetizer being brought out our entrees were brought out as if they were rushing us out after just sitting down. No time to relax or digest between.. We were even more dissapointed with the burrito and pork tacos. When the plate came out, there was some mystery item on the plate which honestly looked like really dried up chewed on beef jerkey (I ordered chicken). So I asked the waitress what it might be on the plate and she didn't say anything and just went to get the manager. He then proceeded to pick it up, pull it apart, and say "did you cut open the burrito to make sure it's chicken".. wtf! I said, regardless if chicken is inside and not beef, that was still on my plate and you still can't tell me what it is..I'd rather send it back. So he huffed back to the kitchen and I think they ended up bringing out the same exact plate 5 minutes later. Everything tasted dry and bland. Burrito was advertised as coming with sour cream, guac, etc.- instead filled with more rice than anything else. I will never go back

Not so great, I can make better!

We went for the first time tonight because of the great reviews. Well, I don't want to be the wet rag on this page, but I must review honestly. The pulled pork tacos were tasteless, really bad. The chipolte enchiladas were just OK. he rice was tasteless-hell, even if they just added some goya it would have been ok! come on guys, season stuff! season the pork! The fresh salsa was probably the best thing about the whole meal. If you know good mexican food, you will not like this place. Sorry but true.
