    Sad News

We've loved Baby Bo's since we moved here in 1997, even suffering through their remodeling closure last year. But now the menu is changed and our favorites, Enchiladas Suizas and Enchiladas Chipotle, are no longer on the menu. Food is still good, but a little bland in our opinion, especially the fresh salsa, formerly the best we ever had, needs to be kicked up a notch. Is there a new owner? Trying to be healthier? If you've never eaten here, you probably will love it. But we miss the old Baby Bo's.

    Bummer!

Baby Bo's, once known for rockin' Tex-Mex, has changed everything. Gone are the fabulous meat-cheese-bean offerings and, now that the menu has drastically changed, it's duck-breast-this and goat-cheese-that. If I want high-end Mexican, there are plenty of places that offer that (Dos Caminos, Rosa's, etc.). Nobody seems to offer the not-elegant-but-soul-satisfying Tex-Mex anymore. Bummer!

    New menu

I liked the old menu better than the new menu. Why mess with a good thing? Just my opinion. Will still go tho!

    Yum Yum Yum

I don't live here in the United States (I Used to live a block away from there) anymore ...but when I come back to the city I have to go here and get my Quesadilla Enorme. It so yummy ...I can't decribe it in word Yummy Yummmy Rico! Just the right type of spice, the Quesadilla is done just right. I usually go for the black bean version of this ...and forget the chicken. Tastes better this way... Anyways it's a fun little place...great place to go eat before going to see a movie. . .

    Unpleasant experience

After reading the good reviews on here, I ordered a Taco & Tostada Combo Lunch Special with Chicken. The food arrived within 20 minutes. Firstly, the hard taco shell was all mushy because it was in the same dish as the Tostada and had become soft in the bean and cheese on top on the Tostada. Secondly, the chicken used to prepare the dish was smelly and had dark patches. It was spread in large chuncks (like when you pull chicken off a bone) on the tostada and in the taco. The food was bland and it was an unpleasant experience. The salsa on the side was poor too, with an oily after taste. However, the gucamole was okay. They need to improve their food quality quickly; I hope my experience was a one time thing.

    Mm,mmm,mexican

I have been there many times, the place is a small but great. The drinks are awesome and the food let me say you can't get enough, Let me suggest appetizers - avocado salad, chicken fingers, the entrees - chicken chimichangas and shrimp fajitas(to die for) I can go on and on. Service is a bit slow but I am never in a rush so its no big deal. Go with some friends and have a great time.
