Not recommended
I've had dinner here before and also came just to go to the club downstairs. The food is decent, but overpriced. However this past weekend, I called the club to see if we would be able to get in... the girl I spoke to said absolutely no problem come up. We took a cab all the way up there from downtown and 10 minutes after I spoke to the girl on the phone, sure enough the guy at the door claims that they're not letting anyone else in. Supposedly the girl I had spoken to had left for the night. The people were rude and unreasonable. I have been in the lounge downstairs before, and to be honest.. its nothing special.. I will never go back.

Not so much
Very poor service. Food average. Great decor. Would not eat there again.

Disappointed
The food is quite pricey and definitely not worth the money. The best part of my meal was the spinach and goat cheese cigar appetizer. Entree (salmon) was burned on top and raw in the middle. Would recommend for drinks but not food or value.

Nice Dinner
My husband and I enjoyed dinner here last friday night and we had a great time. I had the lamb tagine and he had the cous cous royale which were both good. There was nothing spectacular about the food but the whole dining experience was quite nice. The decor is awesome and you really feel like you are in Morocco. It was very relaxing and the service was wonderful. Would def go back just for those reasons.

in one single word Perfect
I went here for dinner-AMAZING-I am not a big fan of Moroccan food, but this place was great, better than any Moroccan food I've ever had in Morocco! The drinks were innovative and delicious, the bartender and staff were super friendly and the atomsphere was plush and sutry (I don't think they got much items from the cheap souqs in Morocco) Dinner in one word was perfect! After, I went downstairs to the lounge. Love the crowd- not the typical frat boy or nasty guys groping breathing and sweating on you, the clientele was much more mature and classy, lots of euros who knows how to dance. The music was a good mix and it was rather relaxed. The whole night we had plenty of room to dance. The belly dancer was some entertainment! We made friends with the drummer and played the traditional drums all night - you have to experience for yourself!

Not a place I would go back to....
Besides the slow service.... and weak drinks (costing $14 each) ...... The prices were sky high with tiny portions. Couscous was dry! and the steak I had (i ordered that because it was 16oz) was tough.... I was going to have a dessert, but we ended up splitting 2 desserts (which was good because if i spent $10 or so on a peice of cake LITERALLY the size of a weight watchers pastry...... i would have been very upset.

GREAT NIGHT
I was there last Saturday with my wife and what a night it turned out to be! We started with dinner in the restaurant. The food was very good and creative: my wife had the pear and endive salad and the monkfish tagine with olives; I had the Spinach&Goat Cheese Cigars and the Couscous Royal. The service was on point even though the dining room was very busy (our server was actually very funny and nice) and the prices seemed fair for organic food. We then went downstairs to discover the unbelievable lounge and stayed until late in the night. Great crowd, very international and great music. We will definitely be back!
