Watch out for the Mediterranean Salad. They advertise Kalamata Olives but don't use them. Also, without notifying you, they'll leave out the Stuffed Grape Leaves if they don't have any.... AND the size of the salad container continues to shrink..... Aside from the salad everything I've ordered has been great!

I placed an order today for bagels/muffins and orange juice for a meeting for 6 people. I ordered almost 2 hrs in advance and they are located 4 blocks from my office. I told me that I needed this order at 9:30am. At 9:30 it still was not here. I called and they said the guy was on the way. At 9:45 i called and they said the guy is on the way. (4 blocks distance!!!!!!) when the delivery guy finally arrived I noticed the credit card receipt said 9:42!!!!!! For a bagel platter they gave us 2 tiny cups of cream cheese. (something that salad dressing is put into, or ketchup!!!!!)

I never put bad reviews on restaurants.. but I had to. half my friends will probabaly read this being in the neighnborhood. (DONT GO)but essentially i paid 25$ for a whitefish salad on a bagel... almost choked on a bone(i asked beforehand if htere were bones, but they were too busy charging me and extra dollar for half a slice of a purple onion), and had to return the sandwich.We also got an egg white salad sandwich that was listed for 5.50 and somehow got charged 9.99 because "the prices changed" the prices on the board. the sandwiches aren't even that good and a complete rip off! the only good thing was the manager who worked there. he was a nice guy.

I have enjoyed everything I have had here, but 2 times in the last week I have gone in and the person who made my salad and bagel sandwich did not change gloves and touched the money and then proceeded to make the next person's meal. If they are this careless about cleanliness, then are they that careful about maintaining kosher standards?

A bit pricey but that's what you should expect for it's locale in the Upper East Side in the Trump Plaza complex. Food is okay but the service is a bit lacking. The bagels seem like they have been sitting out for a while as the one that I had was hard and stale. Few seats and tables as this is place is tiny.

I was there a few times the service was good ,the convienience for delivery and the fact that theyre open 24 hrs is great , the pricing well pricey for the quality of food . But not bad .

great place to get a quick bite. very clean
