tasteless
Sandwich was actually soggy and tasteless, and the soup was mediocre. Service wasn't bad, but the food was just so bland.

Not recommended
We ordered 2x lobster bisque 1x cajun chicken sandwich, 1x balsamic chicken sandwich, and 1x roast beef and swiss sandwich. They all tasted exactly the same.. which was not good.

Soup and Salad
Austins Cafes' salad is the best, there are so many options to choose from. From my experience their soup never disappointed me!

Love the soup for lunch for take-out on a cold day. Great soup and lots of flavors to choose from.

Great Salads and Soups!
Austin's is by far my favorite place for soup and salad in NYC! Everything is always fresh and tastes great and the create your own salad bar has endless possibilities. They also have great soups that are always hot and fresh!

the soup was terrible
the chicken vegable soup was watered down. to much water that took away the taste.
