    Incredible!!!!!!!!!

I never heard of Aunt Suzie's until a co-worker of mine told me it was one of the BEST places in Brooklyn to eat and he was RIGHT!! Since then I have told many people about this place and they as well fell "in love". The food is so delish especially the fish salad appetizer and the salmon in Vodka sauce. The fish is SOOO fresh it practically melts in your mouth. On top of the food tasting so amazing the portions are huge!!! The staff is so sweet and never has an attitude..always smiles. I def recommend this to anyone who loves food and wants a nice night out. Me, my girlfriends and boyfriend will always be a fan and will come here anytime we want to have a nice relaxing night. Thank you Aunt Suzie's!!!

    Keep going back!

Ive been going to Aunt Suzies for a few years now (its my husband's favorite local restaurant) and I have to say, I am never dissapointed. The food is great, the price is even better, and the friendly and warm staff envokes feelings of being at a relative's houe. This place is worth going to each and every time.

GREAT BRUNCH! Delicious free bread and dip!

I really don't get the few less-than-positive reviews below. I have been to Aunt Suzies over 20 times in the last year or so, and will keep going back again and again. There are a few (mainly the specialty meat options) that are pricey and not as much of a 'value' (although still tasty), but if you want to go and spend around $10, you can get an amazing, huge pasta dish with really great sauces. Their yummy sesame bread with roasted red pepper/olive oil dip is free and constantly refilled on the table, and the waitstaff is very nice. Also, I just discovered the brunch- dirt cheap, all you can eat, and there is a TON to choose from, and for a little more $ you can make it all you can drink mimosas. I love this place!

NOT like mama used to make...

I have been here a few times since I moved to the nabe and I just don't know what all they hype is. I mean, it's not BAD food, but it is NOT GREAT, either. I grew up in an Italian family, my grandmother grew up in her father's restaurant, and she would roll in her grave if I said it was like she used to make. It's great for a big group because it's loud and you can share the decent size portions. But beware of long waits, screaming kids and not so great service, the pasta is sometimes overcooked and the sauce is just ok. The waitress could not get our order right. Granted, she may have just had a bad night...I get it. Again, it's not horrible, but it is just 'mezzo mezzo'.

    Don't get the hype.

I really don't understand why this place is so popular. The prices aren't cheap, and the portions are tiny. The food is also pretty sub par. The last chicken parm I had from here was under-sauced, with little cheese, and the pasta overcooked. The service is not great either. When calling for delivery, I was put on hold no less than five times, and it still took over an hour for our food to arrive.
