I used to love this deli. I would go there once a week for breakfast. Lately, however, they have consistently gotten my order wrong. No matter how many times I go in there and order the exact same thing, 1/2 the time they get it wrong. I don't know what's been happening, but I am certainly never going there again.

This place has THE best breakfast of any gourmet deli I have been to in New York. You get your food relatively quick and it's well-prepared. This is the only place I buy my breakfast from during the work week.

I just finished my brunch, blueberry pancakes, from the Atrium. Overall it was a pretty alright experience. Service was fast, if overly friendly. The service would have been better if everyone hadn't called me "sweetie", "baby", and "honey". I'm fairly used to that, but it still bothers me. The pancakes would have been better if they didn't taste slightly of bacon. If you're in a hurry and this place happens to be right in front of you, go for it. If you have more time and a choice, then it's your call.

This place is good! i havent been there, but the guy on the phone is cool, and the food is great. and fast delivery. 2nd day eating there, cant wait till my food gets here!

This was my first time ordering from here and I have to say I was stunned. I called for my food and literally five minutes later it was at my desk. I couldn't believe it, I thought someone was pulling a prank on me. A huge huge thumbs up for Atrium!

The food is the freshest I have ever tasted in a deli and the service is great - the owner always says hello and there are even people who open the doors for you. ...and it's all a very reasonable price - so much better than Pax which is just a few doors down.

I order lunch from Atrium practically every day and they haven't let me down yet. Friendly, helpful staff. I haven't eatten at their location, so I only gave it 2.0, but am impressed with the delivery.
