Good enough wings, below average service
We have been ordering from Atomic Wings since it opened... and it's always up in the air. The wings aren't the most amazing we have ever eaten and the service is terrible. We have had to cancel 3 orders because they didn't deliver on time... for example, calling 2 hrs after the order to see if we still wanted it. It you have other options, take them!

Not like Atomic downtown
After living in HK for years and often ordering weekly from Atomic, it's hard to adjust to how unreliable the uptown branch has been for delivery, service and even getting our order right. I keep trying, hoping it might get better, but no luck thus far. Please someone from AW read these reviews and make it better. We want our wings and extra dipping sauces. We will be regulars if you treat us well.

Decent, but whack
Like another reviewer mentioned, there are times when you call this place and they say they don't have food. I've had it happen several times, so have my friends. The wings are decent, no Dino, but also better than Wing Stop up the street. That is, when you can get them. Sometimes they take extremely long to deliver and often the get something wrong. Like they'll bill you for the cheese sauce with the fries but not give you the cheese sauce. Or forget to bring the wings part of the order. So even when they say they have food, that doesn't mean you're gonna get it.

Unreliable
The food here is good but the service is spotty and unreliable - especially for delivery! Orders that are only supposed to take 20 minutes will have you waiting for 90. And the food is often wrong when it comes. I tried to order tonight and the girl on the phone informed me that they were out of wings! It's in their name! A business that specializes in wings and runs out really should not even be open.

Good Food and Good Service
Of the four restuarants in my immediate area. This place has food as good as the others, but the service here is much better. The people that answer the phones are personable and accurate. My deliveries never take more than 15-25 minutes, depending on the order. The delivery guys also represent the company well. I'm glad AW's in my neighborhood.
