placed an order, came 1 hour later, cold, when I called they hung up the phone on me. twice! never again I will order from them.

Better than expected
Not sure whats wrong with the naysayers. We ordered in twice over the past few months and both times they delivered exactly as promised. The food was prepared exactly as we ordered, the wings were great, my cheeseburger was perfect and my girlfriend said that the balsamic dressing for her house side salad was great. I'll be back.

The Other Atomics are MUCH better
I order from the 4th street location all the time and ordered from the 60th street location last night for dinner and was totaly dissapointed. Normaly chains and franchises are always the same. This one wasnt. The sauces were not the same. The quality was not the same. Everything was totaly different and my guests all comented on it. If you want wings order from their other locations, this one sucks.

So I pre Ordered wings 3 days in advance of the super bowl, got 2 follow up calls from them including the day of. Well after an hour late i started calling..they took the phone off the hook. For Sh*ts and giggles I called 4 hours later and they said "there was no one there" I said that's odd seeing there were 8 ppl at my apt..disappointing!!!

Disappointing service/place
Ordered 2 plates of wings, was warm, asked the barman if he dosen't mind to heat them up a bit, he took the plats and gave them back even colder, said if we don't want it he will give us our money back?!

Good wings... not much else...
I think the food is pretty good. I'm especially a fan of the atomic chicken littles. However, as noted elsewhere, the service is pretty poor and can be downright surly at times. This, of course, is the peril of the franchise model.
