Disappointed
The beef quesadilla is apparently made out of burger meat and is soaked in grease. The meat inside was burnt. Salad was okay, but nothing special.

A tall ask
No these aren't the best wings I've ever had. But they do a decent job on a difficult task, providing reasonable delivery wings. Have you ever tried delivery french fries from a restaurant before? Terrible. Fried food doesn't travel well. The fact that these wings are still somewhat crispy says quite a bit.

not bad for me
i read some of the more recent reviews and i do not understand. i have ordered 4 times, one lunch and 3 dinners in the last month, and every time it is delivered within almost a half hour (i live 20 blocks away), its still hot and very good. not soggy, but i do like a lot of sauce on my wings, so maybe it is preference.

Not good
It took them 120 minutes to get me my order, when it should have only taken 40. They screwed up the dressing i wanted for my buffalo chicken salad, and even though the dressing was in a separate container on the side, it was warm. I also ordered chips with guacamole. The chips were stale, and the guacamole was completely tasteless. Definitely one of the worst food experiences I've ever had.

The Buffalo Fingers are soggy and gross
the Buffalo Fingers are horribly soggy and gross, when you cut them open they aren't white inside (the menu claims they are all white meat) they are a grayish orange. The skin is just sick, instead of being crispy as you would expect out of boneless spicy chicken it is mushy and muddy with dried up sauce soaked through instead of just on the outside as should be. I'm not sure at what point they got rid of the chicken little's and replaced them but DO NOT expect these to taste anything like the one's they used to sell.

used to be great went down hill
ever since they got rid of the chicken little's and replaced them with with a cheap substitute the quality of the food has gone completely downhill. The new "little's" (they are calling them fingers now) taste worse than the one's at the 7-11.

Subpar Delivery Experience
I live within 10 blocks of this restaurant and they were unable to deliver 2 orders of wings within one and a half hours. I called them several times and each and every time they indicated it was on it way. In the end I asked them to cancel my order since I had no faith it would ever arrive and if it did it would undoubtedly be cold. i question the food of any restaurant if they fail to deliver easy to make food in a reasonable amount of time. I will never order food from this establishment again and will recommend not doing so to anyone that asks.
