The best!
I have been coming here since it first opened and I have to say that it is, overall, my favorite place to eat in this neighborhood. You can certainly find more gourmet food elsewhere in the city, but you will definitely pay for it. The menu at Atlas is astonishingly extensive and diverse, especially considering how small the kitchen seems to be, and the prices are great. I also recommend the vegan chicken crepe, the french sandwich, the vegan peanut butter bomb cake (amazing), and their "salad bar" option. You won't get as delicious and *reasonably priced* (5.50 I think) salad anywhere in the East Village. Their vegan chicken noodle soup is great for non-meat eaters who have the flu and in the summertime, their tofu soft serve ice cream is fantastic and possibly the only vegan soft serve available in the area. Highly recommended!!!!

Yummy Food, Vegan Specialties, but Rude
Atlas makes the most amazing vegetarian dishes..Their unturkey sliced Vegan sandwich, their vegetarian crepes (I add some swiss cheese to mine), their oatmeal with assorted berries, soymilk fruit shakes...And they deliver to a pretty large delivery area...I eat at Atlas or order in at least once a week. Plus, they have food for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. My friends enjoy the grilled veggie with chicken sandwich, and the cubano on baguette sandwich. But save room for dessert...they have the best frozen yogurt I've ever tasted, vegan cheesecake, and crepes - the nutella and nutella with banana are by far my favorites. The only problem at Atlas is their service. They need a much nicer staff. On the other hand, the guys who deliver always seem pretty nice. Regardless, everyone should experience Atlas!

Great Food mixed Relations
The food here is wonderful, unfortunately the service is somewhat difficult. The staff are overwhelmed and the resaurant itself is too small for it to really operate well. But the food is certainly wonderful.

Is great food worth it?
The food and price are exceptional as long as you don't mind having to deal with the unpleasant staff. They don't open on time and the delivery man seems to have lost his watch, but again when they eventually open, and you can finally understand what the guy who answers the phone is saying you can sit down and enjoy an incredible goat cheese omlette.

Great for vegans
Though it is a bit cramped, the vegan crepes can't be beat. Especially the vegan chicek one. Add to that yummy vegan treats desserts, and this place is just amazing. And cheap. Highly highly highly recommended.

Drooling just thinking about it...
You really can't beat the value and sheer yumminess of Atlas. I haven't tried everything because every time I go I'm pulled towards the crepes. The unchicken one is especially delicious... the portion sizes are nice and satisfying too.

Great priced healthy (and delicious) food
I went to Atlas on a whim- a friend had told me about it-- and absolutely LOVED it. Their vegan desserts are delicious. Not to mention- the frozen yogurt? GET IT. It's the most delicious frozen yogurt I have ever had! They actually have a machine that mixes fruit into the vanilla frozen yogurt and then comes out soft serve. I can't wait to go back!
