This food had no flavor whatsoever. How do you mess up wonton soup and lo mein? Both had absolutely no flavor!

So disappointing. We actually tried 5 things and each was more tasteless than the next. Pad see yu was a pile of bland noodles, pad thai didn't have much flavor yet still had a weird aftertaste, veggie dumplings had no flavor either Grilled eggplant was soggy and strange, but at least it tasted grilled. They messed up on two things - my steamed tofu was fried and my pad thai was shrimp instead of chicken. My order was clearly written out online - How did they mess that up?? I will never order from here again.

Since the closing of Saigon Grill it's been difficult to find good Vietnamese on the UES. This is the second time ordering from Asian Gourmet and I'm even more impressed. Great Bo Luc Lac and curry soups. The lunch specials are generous and a great value! Try the boneless spareribs -- tender and moist NOT dry. And, the service/communication is very good -- all of my dishes were prepared just as I special ordered them. This will be my "go to" place for Vietnamese!
