    Cnsistently wrong

They consistently send the wrong order or don't send anything at all. Prices are always wrong, food delivered to wrong address. Food is good but the help is not.

    Rude staff

This place is expensive. Staff isn't polite. The food is good. But I don't need to pay a lot of money to have employees be rude to me. This is NYC - there's plenty of other places that charge a lot and have polite staff members.

    Great place

I go here nearly every day for lunch since I work down the street and I love it. The staff there knows me and is so nice, they say to me on the street when I see them etc. There's a wide variety of soups every day, great salads, and lots of sandwiches. No place to sit, but it's a perfect take out--especially in the summer.

    Great Food-horrible service and pricing

This place is so convenient for me; yet the service is terrible and the specialty items are ridiculously priced. I got a bagel with ham on it-nothing else and tey charged me $5.50. A bagel usually costs $1 there-so I don't know where they got $4.50 for 3 pieces of ham. Then it took me 15 minutes, with no line to get the bagel and a side of macaroni salad. There were about 10 people behind the counter and it took 5 minutes just to notice I was standing there. Last week I went to get a croissant and the girl at the counter had no idea what I was asking for. I had to point to it. I just don't understand NYC customer service. They lost my business even though they are right across the street! Not enough good experiences to outweight the stupidity!

    Homemade Lunch Everyday!

Very affordable and fresh. I must say, it's a clean store and they make everything from scratch. I love this place, as it's healthy and they have creative wraps and soups!

    solid

Solid, quick, and cheap sandwich/salad lunch spot off 6th avenue. Tuna wrap with sliced apples and grapes is a must.

    icky

nothing like a piece of old sweaty cheese with fridge burned edges to ruin your lunch. this wasn't the first time. their bread has continuously been stale.
