Great, fresh!
Soup, salad, and vegetarian sushi. Very very good. Very fresh. Delivery at 930 at night was fast. New go too place for me.

Just... don't
The food I ordered for delivery through Seamless Web was delivered after an hour and a half (10 blocks). The order was wrong when I finally opened it. I've read other reviews where customers talk about the order being wrong. Never again.

Excellent
My fav sushi in midtown. Top 3 in all of NYC. Big fresh pieces at decent price. I go often and never am let down. Service girls are friendly and fast. Nothing special to the place when you eat in but nothing bad either. Love it lots!

Not recommended
Food was disappointing. I had a chicken teriyaki lunch and ume sisho... the chicken was chewy, sauce was watery, and the veggies didn't taste fresh. My ume sisho roll didn't have much ume, and was filled with watery cucumber strips. Even the soy sauce was unappetizing. AND, it was terribly overpriced. I spent close to $15 on lunch and in the end I only ate the rice... And in terms of atmosphere... there was none.

Delicious, Chill, Cheap
Great sushi, casual atmosphere, very nice servers. Definitely recommend for a local sushi place!

Great Sushi
I eat A LOT of sushi. I stumbled upon this little joint tonight. From the street I thought it's just a hole in the wall with bad sushi but decided to carefully give it a try. Boy am I glad. Have found my Hell's Kitchen sushi place from now on. Pieces were fresh and HUGE. Japonica HUGE. Service was friendly and quick. Not expensive. Give it a try....I'm glad I did.

Worst Sushi in HK
I work a few blocks away from Aru, and had the 2 roll combo delivered. The miso soup had no flavor at all, and the fish in my rolls was not fresh at all. The tuna looked as if it had been sitting in the sun for hours. I don't recommend ordering here unless you're planning on throwing out your food once you take a look at/taste it.
