    NYC at its best!

Everything from the atmosphere (rushing waiters, hot pizzas and a weird little piano player) to the piping hot pizza just screams NYC! I've been 15 times, and I'll go another 15. You just don't get better pizza than Arturo's, and they deliver, too!

There just is no better pizza in all of New York City! Great live tunes make this place magical.

i hate to smash this place...BUT

i used to come here all the time as a kid and i never cared to wait 45 minutes for the pizza....it would be worth it. Now i try to stay away from pizza so it's only on special occasions where i can splurge and eat junk. So of course i headed straight for my favorite pizza joint in all of New York (John's used to, but cannot currently, hold a candle to the place)...BUT...oh MY what a disappointment!! I don't know if it's a new chef or what, but the pizza was TASTELESS?? They used to be so particular about the cheese, the sauce, the thickness, the amount of burn...now it just seems like a burnt up flavorless pie, comparable...well to John's...i don't know where the good pizza is anymore! so if you're reading this Arturo's owners, chef...etc...please go back to the old recipe!! im dying here.
