This is by far OUR FAVORITE restaurant! My husband will not eat italian food anywhere else!!! The food is absolutely delicious! We come back time and time again and receive the same personal treatment from a great staff! The baked clams are great eaten with their fresh bread! The calamari is the best with their homemade sauce! The fra diavolo is one of there best entrees! And you must have dessert accompanied with their coffee! The owner, bartender and staff are the nicest & friendliest guys you could meet! The atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and at home. It's also great for private parties! Truly a must try!!!

Some of the best meals I have eaten in this city were at this restaurant. Not only do they know how to make Italian like they do in the old country, but they treat you like gold. I've had dinner next to some of the top chefs in NY at this place enjoying the Bolognese sauce or the homemade Ceasar salad on their off nights, not to mention the fried calamari. When I moved from the UES, my biggest regret was the distance to this food. Anyone who says "eh" about the eggplant clearly doesn't know Italian cuisine. These boys do it right, and they definitely know the meaning of the term "service."

What else can you say about this restaurant except, AMAZING. For my appetizer I had the hot antipasto and I cannot say enough about the shrimp, utterly perfect. For my entree I had the chicken parm and it was superb. It was perfectly cooked, juicy, with some of the best tomato sauce I have ever had. There tomato sauce is out of this world, especially after you order a side of pasta and smother your bread in the left over sauce, yyuummmmm! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Every time we come here we enjoy ourselves. The waiters are top notch, food great and the owners could not be nicer.The veal franchaise is out of this world.

Eggplant parm was subpar and below the quality found at many city pizza joints. Sauce was bland and pasta was stright out of the box -- and the portions were not what was expected. Overall not worth the trip east or the money.

Great food. Large size,good price. A place you can relax The owner and his employees are all very friendly. Been going there for years.
