    A salt lick

Fantastic pizza -- if you like sodium infused, break-your-teeth hard, over-priced pies. We tried the pizza (takeout) early last night, ordered the artichoke (disappointing - greasy & smothered with a dip-like/alfredo white sauce), meatball (so much salt, it sucked the saliva from our mouths), and margherita (the best of the three - though equally greasy as the others) wedges, spent $36 (for 6 slices - good grief), nearly chipped a cuspid on the brick-hard crust, and despite guzzling liters of water, still can't seem to bring our Na levels back from the brink of a sodium-induced stroke. With deference to our blood pressure and better judgment, we'll be staying away from this place.

    Poor delivery

We ordered and were told delivery would be an hour over two hours later and it still didn't arrive. When it did the pizza was obviously cold. They didn't seem to care much.

    Dont order from here

We'd been to the actual restaurant and enjoyed the food...However, when we ordered for delivery we had a very different experience. When we ordered we were told the food (a very straight forward order) would be here in 30-45 mins. Well, 1 hr later it wasnt. We called and they said was on the way... Another call later they said it would be here shortly, they were understaffed (for a regular night). The pizza arrived. It was cold (we live less than 10 blocks away) and it wasnt the right order. When my husband called to ask, he was told to call back and speak with the Slice Shop. Of course, when he did, they simply never answered the phone.... That's one way of handling it. The pizza just isnt that good

    Not recommended

Ordered at 6PM - only deliver pies, nothing else on the menu is available. Ordered the house special - the artichoke pizza. Was told 30-35 minutes. Called at 7PM - was told that it had left moments ago. Delivery Arrived at 7:30PM - box weighed ~5lbs. Pizza had a soup-like liquid on top of it. Beneath it, 4 paper plates supported the box due to the quantity of liquid. The dough was undercooked. The toppings had no distinct taste -it all blended together in a messy, wet salty liquid paste.

$14 for a 40 ounce bottle of Olde English?

The prices are high...but, the food is very good. The place fits right into where it is located.

    Lots of new choices

I was there last night and had a delic Chicken Rollatini (sp?). My friend got a wedge (like 2.5-3 slices) of the Artichoke pie and it was amaaaazing. Totally fattening but worth it! Server was cute and friendly. Can't wait til they can serve beer! That was the only drawback.

    Disappointed :(

We ordered the artichoke pizza thinking it would be the best on the menu... It arrived and looked delicious... But tasted awful! The topping tasted like artichoke spinach dip gone wrong.
