Like an authentic bar in Italy
Nice little place. Food is fresh and yummy. No kitchen. Food comes from its mother restaurant just around the block. Paninis and pastas are excellent. Stop in, take a load off for while. Comfy and prices are just right.

Where do they find these people?
My wife and I went in and asked if they had anything other than coffee and the young man behind the counter looked irritated and said "Yes" - nothing else. So we asked what else and he just pointed at a board and walked away .... We ordered two iced teas and he said to sit down and he would bring them to us. He made them and they sat on the counter for 10 minutes until I got up and got them. They'll never see me again.

Agree with below
Like this place a lot but staff just talks to each other and really are not very polite. The manager acts like she could care less if you ever came back again. Who owns this place? Don't they ever visit? Too bad because it's a heck of a lot better than Starbucks.

Adult supervison please !!
Great place but music too loud and wrong kind of music for that kind of cafe. Staff needs a lesson in politeness - like saying thank you after getting a tip.

Nice place but...
Went here late (11ish) on a Friday night. Didn't wait too long for a table for 2, but don't go here for the food. My chef's salad was average as were the meatballs. Service was a little slow, but they're very nice. Overall, a nice place (cute room, although they really don't need a tv) for a latte or a glass of wine.

the anti-starbucks
What the UWS needed. What seems to becoming an urban mall, the w.side gets a small coffee shop with orgnic wines. Brilliant

nice experience
getting really popular, different items, great taste, staff working harder, nice decor, smells lure you in, I never have the same thing twice, I love this place! Nothing like it for miles.
