    service :(

    The service is spacey and scattered. You have to repeat your oder 3-4 times for them to put it in the computer, and in the end they still give you an incomplete order (w/o apologies). The atmosphere is nice and bustling though.

    used to love this place, now never again

    food is good, really good. great vegetarian soups and sandwiches and the bread is so fresh. i used to get lunch from here 3x a week, however now they cannot get an order right. paid $11 for half a sandwich and salad and ended up with salad and bread. g

    Nice place

    This is my favorite place for hot chocolate. Its the only place I know that serve it with hot milk and a nice chuck of chocolate. Yummy! Now that I found out about the other venues, will check them out

    Starbucks? We don't need no stinkin Starbucks.

    Cafe Aroma serves great and reasonably priced beverages. Nice staff, good space (and free WiFi). The food (I still can smell the bread) is tasty but a bit pricey. There are two Aromas in NYC, and if this is any indication, you will thankfully be seeing

    this place has great bread which makes the sandwich. I ordered the roast beef and there was like one slice of RB in the sandwich but the dressing was really good.. They need to add more meat and chicken for the prices they are charging. The soup is never
