    Dont waste your money!

    The prices are way too high for the quality of food you receive. I had the paparadelle bolognese which tasted like beefaroni. I wouldn't really classify this food as Italian. That's an insult. This food is more like let's get the cheapest ingredients possible and use italian names to justify the high price. the dessert, the apple torte and chocolate torte, were mediocre at best. Again, cheap ingredients. The best thing I had was the cappuccino. The service only was so so. The waiter tried but he actually had a customer come up to him and complain that he wasn't getting service right while he was trying to serve us. Try another place.

    We came here for my aunts birthday! She remembered coming here just last year and practically licking her plate clean. It s staple in her family for the past 15 years. Sadly yesterday will be her last visit. The chicken parmigiana tasted old like the chicken was cooked then re cooked . The sauce tasted watered down and weird. The spaghetti tasted cold and under cooked. The pork chop was massive but had no real taste to it. It was so bad that even the soda needed some real help. There was lack of flavor, salt, sugar, and good service.

    Loved it!

    We've read some negative, just don't know who or what .... This meal was outstanding! Sea bass was amazing , as was risotto , and wine . Service was great!

    Has Not Changed

    Given them another try after the reopening. Now is even worse.. Poor service. Waitress with attitude, food was cold and dry. and the wait...forget about it. go and have a hamburger next door at the Custom House

    Tasty and Romantic

    I'm sorry others had bad experiences but i actually love it here. My boyfriend initially took me here and the atmosphere was really nice. I have had the shrimp parm and it's soooo good. The shrimps are HUGE. I can never finish my portion. The molten chocolate cake dessert is also tasty. I have never had bad service there either. I always leave stuffed and happy.

    We could cry

    We live in the neighborhood and go there about twice a month. The service tonight was so BAD that we will NEVER go back again. We are still devastated over it. We ordered a glass of wine and an appetizer with plans for dinner. The wine and appetizer was served and ate it and drank the wine. Nobody ever returned to the table. We waited....and waited...and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, we called our waitress over and just asked for the check. We told her we'd planned to order dinners and she said, "She didn't come over because it looked like we were having fun." So a waiter with a ponytail or whatever brought the check and didn't seem to know us (before when we were in, he was our best friend...and we've worked with him as long as we've gone there). We paid and left. We can't go back and will look for other places.

    Disappointing delivery experience

    It took 2 hours for them to deliver my food and when they did it was cold. When I called after and hour and a half to ask where my food was, they were rude and unconcerned. I ordered gelato and they gave me ice cream. Furthermore, I asked for a side of Parmesan and they charged me $5 dollars!
